frame it

Trying to decide on wall art can sometimes be difficult depending on the room, space and budget but it definitely doesn't have to be. The inspiration for framed scarves has caught my eye for awhile now. What an easy and inexpensive way to create a bold statement for any room! All you need is a few fabulous scarves. Ebay, Thrift Stores and Flea Markets is where you will find the most unusual, vintage scarves out there that no one else will have.

My other obsession at the moment is the framed agates. You can find them at Jayson Home, Jonathan Adler, and Anthropologie. In choosing the perfect frame, be sure to know the depth of the agate so that it won't be to thick to fit the frame. I have always liked the simple look of the Ikea, Ribba Frame in White but there are so many modern, sleek frames out there to choose from. Michael's and Hobby Lobby are always good places to go for reasonable framing options.

What do you like to see framed on the wall....What inspires you for new Wall Art in your home?!

Happy Thursday!

  1. Ohhh!!! Love the framed agates! You'll have to find a way to incorporate that somehow. :)
