Happy Monday!  Hope everyone's Holiday season is off to a GREAT start.  Mine has been filled with travel, which will not let up anytime soon, but it's fun to get to visit with so many friends and family!  I happened across this image this morning and thought it was a great "Monday Mantra" if you will....

We could probably all use a bit of upbuilding and encouragement these days.  It's so easy to get caught up in the business of the holiday season with all our normal work and life obligations in addition to holiday parties, end of year responsibilities and so much travel. The words that we say, to ourselves and others, are so important in cultivating thankfulness and gratitude--the most important parts of this season.
